What to expect in a session

Each session is one hour of gentle movement, guided by music, rhythm, and imagination. You’ll be invited to move in ways that feel natural, using playful themes and creative tasks shaped around your interests.

Neuro-affirming Space

Freedom to stim, pause, fidget, or express in your own way with no judgement or pressure to copy anyone else. Every way of expressing is welcome.

Rhythm & Regulation

We use music, repetition and simple rhythmic patterns to create calm and focus. These tools support emotional regulation and help build flow and body awareness at your own pace.

Creative Exploration

Movement tasks are inspired by participants’ own interests.

From shapes and textures to stories, colours, or music. There’s no wrong way to join in.

Playful &
Personal

Sessions are shaped by the group. There’s no pressure to perform.

Just open, supported space to explore, move, and express yourself authentically.

Why Join?

  • Encourages non-verbal expression

  • Supports emotional regulation

  • Builds confidence through play

  • Respects sensory needs and energy levels

“Movement can help autistic people regulate emotions, reduce stress and explore identity through embodied experience.”

Based on findings from autism and sensory integration studies
