Gentle movement sessions designed to support confidence, connection and wellbeing in older adults: through music, creativity and community.

What to expect in a session

Our sessions are designed to be gentle, welcoming, and accessible.

They include 50 minutes of gentle, creative movement followed by up to 40 minutes of tea, biscuits and conversation.

Whether you’re moving for joy, connection or confidence, here’s what you can expect each time you join us.

Welcoming
for All

No dance experience needed.

Sessions are open to all abilities, body types and confidence levels. You’re invited to move in a way that feels right for you.

Gentle
Movement

Expect easy-to-follow movement guided by music, rhythm and breath.

All sessions include seated or standing options with time to rest when needed.

Creative
Expression

From props to playful tasks, each session invites you to explore storytelling through movement.

No words required, just imagination.

Supportive Atmosphere

Sessions are led with care and compassion. We prioritise connection, wellbeing and joy, with space to share, reflect, or simply enjoy being present.
